Novaix Solutions is run by Abbas, a process engineer and project manager. Process engineering is the profession of finding where a system wastes time, money and effort, and fixing it without breaking everything else. It is how factories that make your groceries stay profitable on thin margins.

A small business is a system too. Enquiries come in, some become customers, work gets delivered, some customers come back. Every stage leaks: calls nobody catches, emails answered too late, follow-ups that never happen. The leaks are invisible day to day and expensive over a year.

The job here is the same as the factory job. Map the process, measure the leak, fix the biggest one first, prove it worked. AI agents happen to be the best tools ever built for this class of problem, which is why we use them. But the diagnosis comes first, which is why every engagement starts with the audit rather than a product pitch.

The project management half matters just as much: scope, deadlines and delivery, reported plainly. Plenty of people can demo an AI tool. Fewer will own an outcome month after month.
